"VRI AS A NEW TREND/ON THE SCREEN"

VRI industry is getting more popular expanding into different aspects of our life. Medical industry is already taking the advantage of this easy to access and to use service in helping thousands of LEP patients on a daily basis in achieving their healthcare goals. With this presentation I am sharing my experience of a Medical VRI who applies the knowledge and passion to help LEP patients in my every day VRI operation as well as give some education on how to be successful in this growing career. Come and enjoy the world of VRI! Biography: Born and raised in the Siberian city Omsk, Russia. The graduate of Omsk State Pedagogical University of 2000, Faculty of Foreign Languages-English and French. Starting her career in Russia and being involved into teaching, training, interpretation and translation for 17 years, decided to stay in the linguistic filed after coming to the US in 2012 as she saw that her skills and experience are beneficial for people who are new in the country. Currently, enjoys her residency in beautiful Chicago, pursuing her career as a Medical VRI for Russian and an ESL Instructor with one of the Education Districts in the State of ILLINOIS.
