Mental Health Mini-Series

This workshop will describe what really happens behind closed doors when mental health services are provided. Evaluations, therapeutic services, and follow-up appointments will be explained. The purpose of services will be offered as well as an illustration of the continuity of care from intake through discharge.

Learning Objectives:

• Participants will become familiar with the variety of services provided in mental health appointments.
• Participants will gain exposure to specific areas that are addressed in evaluations.
• Participants will increase knowledge about the impact of stigma related to mental health services.
